- Activating the Colasistencia medical insurance policy.
- Sending confirmations, reminders and instructions.
- Processing payments through Bold.
- Handling inquiries, requests, complaints and claims.
- Sending promotional communications (only with your authorization).

Through the reservation form we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone / WhatsApp
- Reservation date and time
- Selected plan
- Number of people
This data is strictly necessary to provide the service and activate the insurance policy.
4. Your rights
In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to:
- Know, update and rectify your data.
- Request proof of the authorization granted.
- Be informed about the use of your data.
- Revoke authorization and/or request deletion.
- File complaints with the SIC.
- Access your processed data free of charge.

5. Security & storage
Your data is protected with physical, electronic and administrative security measures.
We store information on secure servers with HTTPS protection and restricted access.
Payments are processed through Bold (PCI-DSS), without storing card data.
Your data is retained while a business relationship exists or as required by Colombian law.

We use Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel for analytics and advertising. These tools may store cookies in your browser.
